Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and — just as importantly — what we never do with it.

1. What We Collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, phone, email, event date, city, and any details you've shared about your event. When you create an account, we also store your booking history.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to match you with the right venues and vendors, to send you quotes and updates, and to improve future recommendations. That's it.

3. What We Never Do

We do not sell your contact details. We do not syndicate enquiry data to third-party lead networks. We do not share your information with vendors who weren't matched to your enquiry.

4. Data Security

All data is stored in encrypted Supabase Postgres databases hosted in India. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We use TLS 1.3 for every transfer.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all enquiry data at any time by emailing privacy@pickmyvenue.in from your registered address. We action these within 30 days.
